About TEDx Club
The TEDx Club is a vibrant community of students passionate about ideas, storytelling, and innovation. It aims to inspire learners to develop critical thinking and effective communication skills through event planning and speaker curation. The club provides a platform for exploring diverse topics—from technology and science to art and social change—helping members gain a broader perspective on the world. Students actively participate in organizing TEDx events, from identifying “ideas worth spreading” to managing live conferences, which enhances their creativity, leadership, and teamwork.Regular idea salons, speaker workshops, and discussion sessions keep members engaged with thought-provoking content.
By fostering curiosity and meaningful dialogue, the TEDx Club creates an environment where students can share ideas freely and grow as confident communicators. Its mission is to nurture future-ready leaders, thinkers, and changemakers

• Aim of the women empowerment cell is to motivate the women population to overcome the limitations enforced by traditional norms and pursue ambitions that propel them to new heights.

• To develop skills in public speaking, event management, and creative curation. • To promote cross-disciplinary dialogue and intellectual curiosity on campus. • To provide a stage for underrepresented and impactful voices from within and beyond the college. • To encourage active participation in the global TEDx community through locally organized, self-hosted events.

Mission
• To actively discover, coach, and provide a world-class platform for students, faculty, alumni, and community members to share their unique and impactful ideas in the format of a short, powerful talk. • To organize events that give a platform to students, faculty, and local innovators to share powerful, idea-driven talks. •To foster a culture of open dialogue, critical thinking, and collaborative learning through the TEDx framework. •To connect the local intellectual hub with the global network of TED and TEDx, fostering relationships that enhance learning, collaboration, and shared commitment to global betterment.
