About the Club

Welcome to the Women Empowerment Cell! Women Empowerment is a multi faceted process that assist them in gaining control of their own life. It implies that women’s social rights, political rights, economic stability, judicial strength, and all other rights should be equal.

Women’s empowerment is the process which brings a change in women facing the gender-based inequality in all institutions and systems of society. When travelling back toancient India, we have sufficient evidence in Vedic Literature that vouches for the contribution of women in authoring Vedic hymns and other literary works.

Our cell determines to serve women community by having a clear view on societal issues, physical strength, economic independence, self-reliability to name a few. To align with our aim, our cell intends to conduct variety of events throughout the year such as medical camps, workshops, exhibitions and guest lectures to share their valuable knowledge with our cell members as well as other audience. We plan to organize events in collaboration with other organizations who support and promote women empowerment.
