Karpaga Vinayaga College of Engineering and Technology organized its 3rd edition Maathare – T22, Women in Excellence the grand award ceremony to celebrate womenhood on May 7th, 2022. The main motto of this event is to identify and bring the women achievers into limelight, those who have set an example in their respective fields and encourages young talents with lots of potential and promise for the future.

We have honored 12 deserving and super talented women who are such an inspiration to the community on the whole. Honoring these wonderful ladies, created a positive aura spreading across the Youngsters.

Dr. Annamalai Raghupathi, Managing Director, Karpaga Vinayaga Educational Group presided over the inaugural function of the award ceremony. Dr. Meenakshi Annamalai, Director, Karpaga Vinayaga Educational Group welcomed the gathering. Dr. Meenakshi Vijayakumar , Joint Director, Tamilnadu fire and rescue services, Tamilnadu was the Chief Guest of the ceremony. She appreciated and encouraged all the awardees with her inspirational speech.

This year, the first ever woman was conferred on Epigraphist from Tamil Nadu Dr.N.Marxia Gandhi and women achievers awards includes Ms. Anitha pauldurai, captain of the india women’s national basketball team, Ms. Rajeshwari, Chennai police Inspector, Ms.Nivetha Muralidharan, a budding business women, Ms.Kala Master, a film choreographer, Yummy tummy Arthi Satheesh, You Tube food vlogger, Ms.Yazhini Devarajan, alumini of KCVET, Ms.Deepa, a Small screen entertainer, Ms.Rajalakshmi Senthil Ganesh, Nattupura Isai Kuyil, Dr.Shyamala Ramesh Babu, a motivational speaker, Ms.Srimathi Chimmu, a You Tuber. Ms.Mirnalini Ravi, a best actress were awarded in the grand ceremony.

Anchor and Vijay TV fame Myna Nandhini made the occasion a delightful one with
their insightful and humorous talks.
