Karpaga Vinayaga College of Engineering and Technology successfully organized a STEM Initiative Workshop on Emerging Technologies during the academic year 2024–25, aimed at enhancing students’ awareness and practical understanding of advanced technological domains. The workshop covered key areas such as healthcare device design using Wokwi software, robotics integration, waste-to-wealth healthcare products, semiconductors for green energy applications, and smart manufacturing through 3D printing. Students were grouped based on their interests and actively participated in hands-on sessions, gaining valuable experiential learning and exposure to real-world applications. The program concluded with the successful completion of the workshop by all participants, who were awarded certificates, reflecting the institution’s commitment to innovation-driven learning and holistic student development.
