student projects

Students are encouraged to engage in Peer Group Projects on innovative areas which will be conducted yearly once. This encourages the students to imply their practical project interest from second year and also provides a pre hands on training about their future final year major projects. Students are also made to engage in mini projects where they can initially build a basic platform for their final year project. Some of the Peer Group projects done by the students are:

  • Automated vehicle pollution monitoring and prevention system
  • Automatic street light  control for present energy crisis
  • Minimizing penalty in industrial power consumption by engaging APFC unit
  • Foot step power production using piezo-electric sensor
  • Low cost automatic water level controller for domestic application
  • Automatic AC Fan controller using Aurdino
